I reserved a van for the first wekk in may months ago. I called to make sure a van would be there and he said we've been swapping those out for 7 passenger SUV. This is not a van. Nobody at budget helps. Called the location who started the mess. Reservation department worse followed by a complete kick in the face form "Customer Service". Is this common where they don't provide what the agreement for reservation was based on?
