How can small businesses improve their TikTok/Instagram content without hiring an agency?
I work in construction and recently started helping friends improve their CVs and social media pages for job applications and small businesses.
One thing I’ve noticed is how many good businesses lose work because:
- their social media looks inactive
- captions are weak
- or their CV doesn’t sell their experience properly
What do you think is harder right now:
getting attention online or getting interviews?
