As a CDL driver, when we are involved in accidents that are not our fault in a motor vehicle, how does that affect us? Because the DMV doesn’t say who’s at fault on your MVR. If it was in a truck, you can put it as non preventable through the FMCSA website I haven’t gotten in one just wondering because it’s not talked about .
