I recently purchased a Selmer SAS511 Intermediate Alto Saxophone from Sweetwater** **on April 20th and it’s now May 13th that it’s still on back order. I was thinking that it would be about a week, but no. Every so often I check the website and the back order date keeps getting pushed back. I contacted my sales engineer and he told me that it looks like the end of May. If I’m not mistaken aren’t Sweetwater instruments made here in the United States? If not, then I can understand the problem being tariffs.
