- OBS on Windows

- Streaming 2-4 hours per stream

**THE GROWTH (Last 30 Days):**

- Views: 6,419 (↑11%)

- Watch Time: 154.8 hours (↑370%!)

- Subscribers: +107 (↑529%!!!)

- Impressions: 19,043 (↑110%)

**WHAT WORKED:**

1. **Shorts Strategy** (83.7% of views)

   - Create 5-7 shorts from every stream

   - Post consistently (1-2 per day)

   - Use trending keywords + thumbnails

   - Algorithm LOVES shorts for growth

2. **Consistent Schedule**

   - Stream 2-4x per week (same times)

   - Viewers know when to find you

   - Built a small but loyal community

3. **No Commentary + Lofi Vibes**

   - Raw gameplay with authentic audio

   - Chill lofi music (YouTube Audio Library - FREE)

   - Relaxing to watch

   - Less pressure (no talking!)

4. **Multi-Game Content**

   - Delta Force (ratting, warfare, ranked)

   - Arc Raiders (extraction, co-op)

   - Keeps content fresh

   - Broader audience appeal

**THE GAMES:**

A: Shorts + Consistency + Authenticity = Algorithm favors you

Q: Should I do commentary?

A: No commentary allows more people to enjoy (different timezones, languages, immersion)
