I became homeless in September 2023. After some hospitalization and a transitional program that offered housing, I ended up in a homeless shelter in October 2024. Fast forward to February 2026. I have a job and am looking at apartments.

I am stressed because I don't know how easy it will be to be approved to rent an apartment. I have reached out to a few friends in the area. No one has space for me. So, I feel on my own. My immediate family abandoned me, and that is how I found myself being evicted.

I'm just putting this out there for motivation and inspiration.
