Post Interview Question: Is the silence the rejection waiting to show up in my inbox? [FL]

I have been in HR for almost 10 years. Interviewed in person last week. The hiring manager was not present due to travel, but she was the one who pushed to have this interview scheduled by her team. Team interviewed me. Recruiter said they really liked talking to me. Said that she will get back to me following week after hiring manager comes back from trip. She said she will connect early that week. Well, nothing so far. I reached out to recruiter and have not heard back. Is this a rejection waiting to happen, or are people really just that busy at larger companies? This would be my dream to work there. It was a two hour interview and I was shown around the office. I am so heartbroken already. The job seems to still be open on LinkedIn. From individuals who work as recruiters internally, is this normal?

As you can all see, I am desperate for an answer here from them. Sweating bullets! 😰
