Suitcase missing
We flew from Manchester to Antalya yesterday and after an hour of waiting for our luggage the belt changed to luggage from Bucharest, went to staff where we found there was a few other people with the same issue - we were directed to lost and found where they had a small list of passengers names I guess of the ones whos luggage was missing and ‘located”, ours was the only name not on there.
They said those peoples luggage was left in Manchester so we thought ours was too, filled out a bunch of forms and they said we’d receive our luggage at our hotel the next day. Next day arrived, still no luggage. We tried to call the number the company gave us on whatsapp to find out the number didn’t even exist on whatsapp, a receptionist tried to also call them for us but nobody would pick up. After lots of emails, apparently our luggage isnt in Antalya OR Manchester. It’s full of clothes and cosmetics and contact lenses which would take hundreds to replace, already spent so much money just trying to buy basic stuff to get on. What now ???
