Got blocked on Mimo v2.5 Pro after repeatedly submitting an educational prompt — requesting log review (Xiaomi ID: 6868908821)

I've been using Mimo v2.5 Pro since it launched and recently ran into an issue I'd like some clarity on.
A few days ago, I pasted a text that contained a lot of jargon and filler words, and asked the AI to clean it up by removing the unnecessary parts. The security filter kept flagging it and refusing to generate a response. Not realizing that resubmitting the same prompt repeatedly could trigger an automated block, I kept trying, and eventually got my account blocked.
I genuinely had no intention of violating any guidelines. The prompt was entirely academic in nature.
If anyone from the Xiaomi/Mimo team sees this, could you please review the activity logs for my account?
