The only thing I've found is one on their response to the 2014-2016 ebola outbreak and it is truly amazing, but is there a documentary covering all of the different kinds of work they do all over the world? Not just huge medical emergencies but everything they do that we just don't ever hear about like providing mental health or nutritional support to struggling families. I'm also really interested to know how it affects the doctors/nurses themselves, what support they have in place and if they feel like it's sufficient.

They just do such heroic things but I can't seem to find a documentary dedicated to them, does anyone have any recommendations?

I've already sent images both on and off at their request which I already didn't feel comfortable with but now they are demanding a video of me wearing it and moving my body so they can 'see how the item moves' or they won't provide me with a free returns label and won't allow me to have a refund to my payment method only store credit. Surely I am entitled to refuse this and that shouldn't affect my consumer rights?

Edit: I know companies don't take returns of underwear but they have to under UK law provide free returns and refund to original payment method for items that are significantly not as described/advertised
