Bactrim Side Effects Months Later?

i took bactrim for a uti three months ago. on day two i was experiencing episodes of intense tachycardia, disassociation, chills, nausea. lasting for around 10-30minutes. i went to the er and found out bactrim caused hyperkalemia (potassium overdose) as it was mixed with spironolactone, another medication i was taking. i stopped taking both medications and the episodes continued for three weeks. they stopped briefly for two weeks after that until i got on a flight and kicked it back into action. after a week, the episodes went away. came back suddenly a week later. ever since, i have been having persisting severe disassociation, tachycardia all day long, extreme anxiety, nausea. i’ve lost ten pounds in the span of two months- i am terrified to eat as im scared to consume anything psychoactive that would make this worse. side note- eight years ago i dropped acid once and ever since have experienced disassociation, nothing like this though. i have cut out all caffeine, alcohol, the only thing i do is vape which im scared to quit as everytime ive tried i’ve experienced once again worsening dissasociaton. i feel like i’m losing my grip on reality and my mind. i am terrified of staying like this. i don’t feel real. i cant drive, cant focus, cant sleep, barely can work, and everyday im having panic attacks that i am going to be mentally screwed up for life.
i apologize for the long paragraph but i am at a loss. i have had several doctor appointments, rheumatologist, primary doctor, blood labs, everything’s normal. i have a gastroenterologist appointment coming up. has anyone experienced something similar? is it possible that many months after taking bactrim the effects are just worsening ?
