BIOS update anxiety
I have the ASRock Fatal1ty B450 ITX motherboard. I would like to install a faster CPU however I need to update the BIOS to do this. I figure if I'm going to update I may as well put in the most recent version (10.50). The instructions note to save and backup the encryption recovery keys of Bitlocker and TPM.

Windows control panel for BitLocker Drive Encryption says C: Bitlocker off, so I expect Bitlocker won't cause me any problems. Are there separate recovery keys for TPM? If so where do I get those?
I remember something about having to turn on bitlocker (or maybe TPM?) in the BIOS when I installed Windows 11 this last fall.
Do I need to be worried about anything or just go ahead and do the instant flash?
