hey, just got annihilated by a chancellor who got the skeleton key, unlocked the entire reliquary (including the circlet of command and ring of devotion)

we couldn't win their relics though combat, and we couldn't target their banners. Was this just incredibly lucky or is there a way to strategize against that next time?

The experience was not fun, and by the end only 2 players were willing to continue playing. I'm wondering if skeleton key on the chancellor is balanced? What are your opinions about this case?
