Clementine, steamed broccoli, smoked tofu, yellow potato, whole wheat toast, nutritional yeast, hemp seed and spinach dip from Costco 🙃

Edit: Probably going to have a 2nd lunch since this isn't a lot. Meal prepping to come.

Whole wheat French baguette.

Soup: brown lentils, canned tomatoes, turmeric, black pepper, salt, red onions, garlic, carrots, topped with pumpkin seeds.

Also with a serving of Metamucil drink on the side.
