To change things up from pizza, today we had a Lebanese meal, the centerpiece of which was Zaatar flatbreads (Manoushe) straight from the pizza oven.
It’s a different dough formulation containing yogurt and butter in an attempt to stay authentic. But there is no reason you couldn’t use straight up pizza dough.
