Just replaced the steel roll up gate (12x14) on my shop and looking to add an operator.

The Maxum checks all the boxes for me feature wise (although I don't care for the app and will probably never use any of the connectivity stuff)

I am wondering how reliable it is? The door is only operated 2-4 times per day Monday-Saturday. So not heavily used. I like being able to program it from the controller and ability to add a half way stop without adding any additional hardware.

Reviews ive seen online are all over the place, and i think a lot of it is due to everyone being used to older AC operators like the Logic and not wanting to switch to a new style.
