Yesterday while playing soccer at mushrif park, 3 Arab kids on electric bikes took our ball when it went out and ran away on their electric bikes laughing and saying bye bye.

They went out through the cycle exit.

When we told the park head, he said he can't do anything and told me that the police won't also do anything.

I had asked him if I could complain and this is what he said.

I'm shocked to see that they would allow this and not care.

Any advice?
