Hello all! I am curious if it's considered bad practice to not give extra cash to the artist if they are also the owner of the business, employing other artists?

I ask because I'm coming up on an appointment but just had an emergency that drained some of my funds and I've already pushed this appointment back, so I don't want to again. I have enough to pay for the tattoo with tax, but I'm not sure I have enough to tip on top of that. As mentioned, she owns the studio and does 2-3 large pieces daily as well as employing 3 other artists who tattoo between 6-10 smalls tats daily and 4-5 medium ones. If it's really bad practice, I will reschedule again (with my tail tucked between my legs). I know I shouldn't get it if I can't really afford it but I've already been chaotic with my email correspondence and the rescheduling, I don't want to be an annoying client just to bail (although, she'd get to keep the $100 deposit, as per her policy).
