Good morning, fellow countrymen! Today I just received the self-titled album by Fly Pan Am and DMST, my favorite release from Thee Silver Mount Zion (The "Pretty Little Lightning Paw" EP), and some albums by GY!BE... ('Allelujah! Don't Bend! Ascend!, Yanqui U.X.O., and 'Asunder, Sweet And Other Distress'). I'm only missing Lift and Slow Riot, which I ordered from Kranky on March 31st, and they still haven't arrived, even though it said the latest date was May 13th. I also have F♯ A♯ ∞ on CD from Kranky, Luciferian Towers, G_d’s Pee AT STATE’S END!, and "NO TITLE AS OF 13 FEBRUARY 2024 28,340 DEAD". And that beautiful compilation "Song of the Silent Land" by CST. What do you think, guys?

IkoPart - The Pretty Little Rusty Core L.P. (Experimental Post-Rock from Lima, Peru)

Hey everyone! I’m IkoPart, a 13-year-old independent artist and producer from Peru.

I just finished my fourth (and best) full-length LP, 'The Pretty Little Rusty Core', and it's now available for pre-order on Bandcamp. This project is heavily inspired by the wall-of-sound style of bands like Godspeed You! Black Emperor, mixing industrial textures with long, cinematic crescendos.

I’ve spent the last few days working on the sound design in FL Studio and designing the physical artwork to feel like something 'decaying' and 'rusty'.

The title track is over 10 minutes long and you can stream it right now. I'd love for you to check it out and follow the project if you're into experimental sounds!

Thanks for the support!

Cover: (it contains a drawing of my character and a excerpt of a story from a book i'm writing)

13yo solo producer from Peru. Just dropped the 10-minute title track for my first Post-Rock LP "The Pretty Little Rusty Core"

Black Emperor o Silver Mt. Zion.
