I am feeling so lost.. I am a US citizen and i applied for my wife after 3 years. She passed the knowledge test and all but the interviewer asked her to provide few more documents to support that she is living with me for 3 years.
In the initial application i submitted marriage certificate (we were married in 2019) , 3 years tax return transcript, my neutrulization certificate, bank statements of joint account.
Later they opened a new slot for request evidence.
Later on i submitted.
4 years on medical insurance transcript to show that we have same insurance
NJ licenses for both to show that we have same address.
Bank statements for two months for past 4 years.
Car insurances to show that we have a single car insurmance. And some pictures.
Later we got a call from them and they were asking for lease and utility bill. My wife explained the concelor that i am living in this house for past 9 years and when she arrived in the usa she start living with me and we didnt modified or update lease. And utlitt bill is under my father in law name. Over the phone she said understandable but later we got an email that there has been an action on your case.
We were so happy and when we opened to portal, found out that her case is denied due to lack of documents and we werent able to provide lease and utlity bill. So they are umable to validate our living together.
