This is not for halloween specifically but i need to get a medievel themed costume in 2 days and have no idea where to get stuff for this and what would be an easy last minute one

Got an exam tmrw that i am obviously fucked for cause ive been a bum this term. How bad is it to try and cram as much knowledge in the night before, is there a good balance like say study late but still get 4 hours, or all nighter, or get 4 hours but get up early and revise before etc. Anyone got any experience with this

I am currently on 50mg elvanse, while im definatley better off than without, im not sure im getting the benefits i had hoped for from speaking to others I know on ADHD meds which is making me consider trying Concerta XL. But my main issue is that on Elvanse the one bad side effect i get is that i feel a drop in mood about 3-4hours after taking the medication, but given the nature of Concerta XL releasing 20/70 surely that would just make my dip in mood worse. I would love to hear peoples experiences on any of the medications and what they found eventually worked for them
