Yeah so a year or two ago I requested for my account back after some phone upgrades lost it, I had my inquiry code and everything so no problem there.

I felt like I didn't get a response in a while so I forgot about it all and went on with my life but recently had the itch again and redownloaded it but after the grind tried to send another email from my new account,

After having it recieved I read the automated email from ponos saying *To prevent confusion on both sides, we only accept inquiries from one email address per one person.

Should I send another email from my old account or should I just rest easy, they haven't gotten back to me yet and I would ideally like it back asap
