Had my first milestone today!

Had my first milestone in OMAD today. For the first time in decades, I weighed in the 100’s at 199 lbs.

My first goal is 185, still a long way to go but, was stoked to be in the 100’s club again. On top of the weight loss, I’ve had significant changes, I used to have bad cramps in my legs and sides and haven’t had any in over a month. My feet used to be cold and now they are toasty warm again. I don’t think I’m going to stop OMAD even when I hit my goal. I feel so much better living this way.

Good luck to everyone on your journeys!

Sunday Feast!!

Made my first lettuce wrapped double patty burger with bacon. (Was a little messy but it actually held up to the end). Homemade air fried French Fries, small lettuce and cucumber salad, pork rinds and salsa. It was delicious. I only had a couple rinds as I got full. One thing I like about OMAD is learning to make my own meals.

First month is done. Started at 227 lbs, today at 203.5 lbs. I’ve been taking the casual approach, the two biggest things I’ve been true to though is not eating junk and processed foods and always eating in my one hour window. I still enjoy some goodies a few days a week like Mexican food and my favorite lunch Chicken Strips and Fries but always in that one hour window. And I still enjoy my Diet Coke.

It was a bit of a struggle at first and I under ate, but I’m more comfortable now. Some days I eat because it’s time to eat, not because I’m necessarily hungry.

My first goal is to reach 185 and go from there, I may try 20-4 or 16-8 when I hit that goal or I may continue with OMAD.

One month in I’m still learning new things and I’m really learning what works and what doesn’t. Never was able to do that with other diets.

Good luck to everyone on your journeys.
