IVF pregnancy after IVF pregnancy ending in TFMR

I am struggling to know where to go from here.

We have one embryo left and I am lost with what to do. The doctors don't recommend PGT testing now because there is no guarantee that the embryo will unthaw and refreeze correctly to use again. so it is up to us to take a gamble and use it, or dispose of it.

A little back story-One month ago, we had to TFMR at 15 weeks due to baby having multiple genetic conditions incompatible with life. This has been my 3rd miscarriage since April last year, all 3 IVF pregnancies and my 4th miscarriage since we started the IVF process, again, all IVF pregnancies. We have a 2 year old that was from the same batch of embryos that is *seemingly* perfect.
No, we did not PGT test. This decision was made with our entire team of doctors, and in hindsight still would not have helped our situation, because the conditions our baby had are not on the list of PGT testing and we never would have known.

My heart tells me that I will always question not trying, even thought I know how hard loss can be. Out of 6 embryos we have had 4 losses. I think I will always question "what if", if we choose to discard.

Another note here: We will not do another egg retrieval. So this is our "last chance". In our infertility journey- we have spent upwards of $75,000 out of pocket to get here. so another retrieval is not in the cards for us.
