Made the switch from pills to injections a little over a week ago!
My levels were not ideal on pills but I was in a sober living house until I moved last month and they have a ban on needles except absolutely necessary insulin (I’d argue my HRT is absolutely necessary but good luck arguing that in the South). So I jumped on the first opportunity to switch after hearing how many people find injections so much more effective. I thought it’d be a bit more nerve-wracking injecting myself but it turns out it’s pretty easy and painless!
And the results! Could be too early to pin it on the switch, but after my breasts not feeling much change in the past couple of months they’ve been *sore* this week! I also feel a good deal more emotional in the immediate days after injection.
Anyway, absolutely loving it! Did 6 months on pills and while I saw some feminization I’m very excited to see what 6 months on injections looks like by comparison.
