Hey guys ı had my ımplant today.I had broken my tooth almost 1 year ago and things got in the way so ı couldnt get it fixed on time.My dentist did the extraction and placed the ımplant at same time.He said ı didnt need antibiotics and told me to take paracetamol if ı have pain which ı dont have much pain so ı didnt take it.He also told me ı should keep it clean.How can ı keep it clean? I floss other tooths and brush 2 times a day.İs there something ı should add?I feel like ı didnt informed well.thankss
