Drywall patches after repipes — how are you guys pricing these?

Drywall repairs after repipes — pricing when working with plumbing companies?

I’m a drywall guy and I’m trying to understand how pricing usually works when you’re doing drywall repairs after a plumbing company does a whole-house repipe.

I’m hoping to build a relationship with a plumbing company and get steady work from repipes, but I also don’t want to throw out prices that are way too high or structure it in a weird way compared to what they’re used to.

For those who do this regularly:

- Do you charge per hole?

- Per room?

- Per house?

- Day rate?

- Do plumbing companies usually expect discounted pricing since they’re bringing repeat work?

Just trying to understand what the normal way to structure pricing is for this kind of ongoing work.

Drywall pros — how do you price your jobs?

Trying to improve my quoting system and curious how other drywall guys do it.

Do you price:

•	Per square foot?

•	Per patch?

•	Minimum job price?

•	Extra for ceilings?

•	Extra for texture matching?

I’m finding that sometimes a small repair ends up being just as much work as a larger job, so I’m trying to build a system that makes sense and stays profitable.

Just looking to hear how the pros handle quoting.
