My S24 FE loses battery when charging overnight so I wake up with an almost dead phone. Samsung support say they won't fix it since I bought it in another country. How to fix?
It doesn't gain battery percentage when connected to a charger. All my other devices, tablet, smartwatch, are fully charged overnight, while the S24 FE drained from 40% to 20%, all while being connected to the wall charger (not my computer's USB) all the time. Since the phone is out of warranty already, I don't expect Samsung after-sales to fix it for me, and just want to return it to normal at home.
