I run a small ERP consultancy trading and distribution companies across the UAE. Looking to hire a remote appointment setter to work a pre-built lead list and book discovery calls.
The role would involve:
- ~50-75 cold calls per day
- Booking discovery calls into my calendar
- Light follow-up via WhatsApp/email
I'm thinking a performance-based structure — pay per connected call, bonus per appointment booked, show bonus, and close bonus. Open to a small base retainer for the right person.
Questions:
What's a realistic rate per connected call for this kind of role?
Is pure performance-based common here, or do most setters expect a base?
Would love to hear from people who've hired for this or done this kind of work.
