I live in an apartment and the noise happens intermittently throughout the day and in the evening. I’ve always just kind of assumed it was one of my neighbours using water and this was the sound when they switch off the tap but I’m not actually sure. Do you think this sound is coming from pipes or is it something else? This doesn’t happen when I use my own water.
