2007 Toyota Camry 4 Cylinder AC Clutch

The AC went out in my 2007 Toyota Camry last week. I had the AC compressor replaced. Now, when the AC isn’t on there is a groaning noise. When the AC is turned on, the noise goes away. Any ideas what it could be?
