Saw a neurologist

Four days after my LP I saw a neurologist just to be told he doesn’t think I have iih. My number was 30 and my mri showed 7mm eye and bilateral stenosis or whatever so the ER seemed to think that doing an Lp was the next diagnostic tool and said I would know after it. The neurologist said I don’t have what he thinks is the main symptoms I guess. But mainly said that the hospitalist said my blood pressure was swinging a lot while I was in the hospital and I said yeah I was scared. And he said it could have given a false number basically. Asked if I was laid flat and I said ya. My whole thing is I think I got it potentially from doxycycline. I had take 7day round and then a couple months later I did 17 days. So I wonder if it tipped me over the edge because a month after that I was in the ER complaining about head pressure. Oh and the neurologist didn’t think I had it because I did feel “immediate” relief on the table, he said every person that he has heard feels a weight off their head. And I was just like idk that’s the last thing I was thinking of….I was thinking wtf is my life what am I going thru and who can I make small talk with to calm myself down. And then after that I got a massive headache…so idk. But yeah it’s a bit frustrating because he told me to stop taking diamox which I took for maybe 1.5 days and then stopped because of the headache after I contacted the er then took again after 1 day. So idk if it was working…so now I am scheduled to see an opthamologist and I’m just thinking why did the ER have me do an LP and not just go see one first….this whole situation is crazy 😭 and it’s so funny cuz I literally read on here someone said that neurologist don’t even believe in LPs and the way he was acting he didn’t believe in what mris say..didn’t believe in the LP….didnt think diamox was a good drug…and didn’t even really believe in iih based on his tone
