Looking for information about this Zeztz watch
A friend of mine went to China recently. Came back with a haul of merch and gifted some of it to me. Among other stuff there was this blind box watch.
Now I am trying to figure out more about this thing. Collector's curiosity.
Google yields a page on Tokullectibles, one Twitter post about these being announced and some similar Ultraman and Evangelion watches. But that's all.
On top of that the watch itself has some weirdness to it.
The box lists all other watches in the series as 1/6 and the rare Ichigo watch as 1/144. But then Zeztz watch specifically is listed as 23/144. The physical watch also has no minute notches between 7 and 8, while the pictures on the box and the card it came with have them.
The quality of the watch is good and the box seems otherwise legit. Matches the pictures on Tokullectibles, has Ishimori Production and Toei copyrights, etc. So I don't think it's a bootleg?
So what is this watch? Is the Zeztz model somehow special? Is mine a misprint?
Does anyone know?
