So dont get me wrong I love a token as much as the next but I do it on my own time, we have a manager on site driving machines, whod always at the dope
I've told him three times person to person I dont care how much he takes in a day or where he does it or why, as long as its not around me.
Three times hes sparked up and smoked around me, three times ive asked him to take it else where or ive moved myself.
Happened yet again, whats the best course of action?
Ive asked several times to his face i havent taken it further so why is he continuing to do it?
I dont care if hes in sight just dont want to be stinking of it all the time when I only smoke on weekends.
