Private neonatal practice

Hello! I am neonatal nurse level 3. I am also interested in having my own practice maybe more like additional option. Can you tell me if you ever heard of some kind of private baby center or practice that a nurse can pursue? Also something like to be on call?
Parents also can give me some ideas?
Thank you very much!

Nicu nurse tips

Hello. I am new level 3 nicu nurse. It’s been 4 months since i am working and it’s gets better but i have some issues. First, when we have intubated babies (it’s mostly nasal) and i have to feed them with tube i am scared of them throwing up especially when they are bigger.
Another thing with feeding is when they are crying while feeding and i see how the tube is getting out a little, that’s why i use the shortest tubes and it’s easier to hold the end of the tube and their faces as well but when the baby is bigger and have to use long tubes they are very long and i have to either hold the tube and syringe or their faces, when i hold both i don’t see almost anything because of my hand.
I don’t feel very confident while cleaning the tubus (lavage) with intubated babies as well, especially if the “moustache” (the h and y tape) is weak or wet.
Can you tell your tips even if they are not about those things, could be anything.
Also i had a case yesterday, we have a baby with klebsiella that is resistant to anything, we intubated her, gave her around 4 mg diazepam, and the doctor told us to look carefully for her diuresis, we didn’t feed her two times (they eat every 3 h), my colleague didn’t feed even the third time and the doctor was very mad because we didn’t feed her almost all night, she has three infusions all the time. The day before she started eating a little (20ml), but the days before she wasn’t eating anything because her stomach was very very bloated and crp above 200, she is not little baby and her blood sugar are not problematic that’s why i didn’t think is it’s a problem to not feed her. In this situation what would you do, my critical thinking is not good yet.
Sorry for my english…
Thank you in advance!!!
