- Split between 3 people → approx ₹6,167 per person

- Located on 4th floor
🛏️ Furniture:
- Beds are not included — you can buy or rent as per your preference
💧 Utilities & Extras:
- We’ll be renting a RO water purifier
- Internet is free (company-provided)
- Maid comes once a week for cleaning + clothes washing
→ Cost approx ₹300–₹500 per visit (shared among 3)

👥 Flatmate Preferences:
- Prefer Hindi or Marathi -speaking tenant
- South Indians are welcome too — just be okay with mostly North Indian food (less spicy)
- We manage our own cooking (no full-time maid for cooking)
