How to deal with vibrations from family stomping around the house?

Hey guys

So living with a loud family is really hard. Thankfully it's a bigish house and the living room/kitchen where they are usually at is on the other side of the house to my room which helps a lot with not hearing them much, but the problem is them them clomping around a lot. Even if I don't hear them doing it, I can FEEL it. The whole dang house shakes when they move from the couch to the fridge and back.

It's gotten so bad that it's really messing with my mental health. Even when I don't hear/feel it, it's constantly in the back of my mind that it could happen at any moment and ruin my peace and quiet, so I can rarely fully relax.

I've expressed my concerns but they don't give a shit and have no intention of changing, just like any other bad habits they do that I've gone to them about.

So has anyone else experienced this and maybe have any advice on how to mitigate these vibrations? Like is there some sort of device I can put under my chair legs or something to absorb the vibrations?

Also, what about some for my bed's feet? Because sometimes I even feel the vibrations through my pillow. I often wake up feeling tired, even after a full big sleep, so I'm worried that maybe I'm getting woken up briefly due to these vibrations, even if it's only for a moment and not long enough for me to fully wake up and remember it. Could that be possible?
