I bought a new Mobo model that was a few months old last year, it’s the B760M GAMING WIFI (rev 1.4, DDR5)
I then kept having random crashes from there on. I suspected of ram, tried lots of tests but all of them didn’t give a single error.
After getting a horrible crash that also corrupted my system, it was clear ram was unstable. I then proceeded to check for bios updates, and there it was…
After that my system got way more stable, until today, when it crashed again…
Hopelessly, I went back to the mobo support page, and there it was… a new bios update to fix ram sub timings and compatibility, launched last week.
I hope they actually fixed it this time… It’s been almost a year…
Why doesn’t Gigabyte warn users about known unfixed problems on the support or retail pages???
What are your thoughts? Have you experienced similar issues?
