Hello! Trying to expand our horizons and am looking for more online stores that sell anything from spice blends and sauces to snacks/candies, maybe even some cool produce.
Martie looks kind of interesting (but also kind of screams trendy and therefore overpriced), found this Italian site that may be cool. I'd prefer to stay away from something like imperfect foods because our shopping needs fluctuate too much for regular deliveries. Thanks!
Recipe Toll - Instant Pot Chicken Congee (original by Maggie Zhu)
- 1/2c short grain white rice (rinsed)
- 4c chicken broth (or bouillon & water)
- 1Tbsp Shaoxing wine/dry sherry/cooking wine
- 2 large pieces peeled and sliced ginger (listen to your heart for what "large" means)
- 8oz thinly sliced chicken (I did thighs and doubled the amount)
- green onions
- sesame oil (for serving, optional)
Throw rice, broth, wine & ginger into instant pot. High pressure 15min, at least 10min natural release. Turn on sauté setting, mix in sliced chicken & green onions, stir until chicken cooked through. I topped with more green onions and a little soy sauce.
