Hello, I’ve always had thick hair that takes a long time to dry. And I’m trying to be better about taking care of it. My mom and both of my brothers have curly thick hair. My hair was always on the more straight side.
I don’t do anything special just regular shampoo and conditioner. I wash my hair twice a week. One of those times I use the Cera Ve anti dandruff shampoo and conditioner. I air dry usually. But lately I’ve been trying to blow dry at least my scalp to help with dandruff. I shed quite a bit of hair after showering and brushing and just throughout my home in general.
I’ve already seen recommendations for NYM Beach Babe so I’m thinking of trying that, but it might be helpful to know what my hair type even is.
