Hello! I have always been set on the name Arabella for a girl since I was quite young. However, my BIL and his gf have just had a baby girl and called her Arabella. Now, I don't think people can lay claim to names and think that is all nonsense however, I have a feeling BIL and gf would be pissy if my husband and I called our baby the same thing so...any thoughts on similar names. I'm not keen on Isabella as as a teacher I've had multiple in every year group I've ever taught for the last 15 years!

My husband has been chronically ill now for 6 months, no diagnosis, on a waiting list to see an endocrinologist. His blood pressure is frequently 220/102, pulse anywhere between 99 and 150 bpm at rest. He is on 50mg per day losartan. We have been to hospital multiple times, both driving ourselves and in an ambulance and they look at it and go, yes, that is very high, you are at risk of heart attack. But we can't do anything' then they send us home. He has chest pain and trouble breathing. He is sure he is about to have a heart attack. HOW do we get help?! (In the UK)
