Why do I get visible veins around my piercings?
It always appears with any new piercing. But that is not all! When the pieircing heals completely, the veins stick around.
I just got my rook done, and I swear those veins were not there. They were around my helix, but not on the side of the rook.

- 2 weeks old rook (I was cleaning it, that's thy it's wet and not completely clean yet) with the veins.
