I’m recovering from an awful hospitalisation during which my boyfriend broke up with me and kicked me out of the home we shared together (he owned it).
I’m slowly returning to normal but I really struggle with cooking. I have been surviving off very basic food and takeaways mostly which is obviously not the healthiest but a better option than not eating at all.
How do you find getting back into a healthy cooking, grocery buying and meal prepping routine? Mentally it all feels like a lot. I thought about a meal subscription service like hello fresh etc but they tend to have a lot of steps.
Is this normal? I feel so ashamed about it.
