Is it worth it for me to even use PSLF?
From my calculations of needing to take 42 more credits to go back to school and earn a bachelor's degree it would cost me roughly $21,300. If I didn't pay on the loans until I got out of college and was working for the State I would be making roughly 30 an hour with the new job leaving me to need to make at least 330 dollar payments a month. I would end up owing close to $39,600 by the end of the 10 years with 120 payments made. If that's the case I figure I might as well throw money into my IRA account and just take it out as I go for qualifying school expenses to avoid paying any interest.
