Hi everyone, I recently bought a secondhand bike in Berlin at a very low price, and I'm now trying to verify if it's a genuine Cannondale. I'm new to cycling and this is my first bike, so I didn’t pay close attention to the details at the time of purchase.

The frame has the Cannondale name and a "Rush" model designation, but I can’t find any record of a **Cannondale Rush** model online. I'm concerned because:

- The decals are **easily removable** and look slightly **asymmetrical**.

- The serial number (**JF06A9401**) is located under the bottom bracket, but it doesn’t match the typical 7-digit format (letter + number) I’ve seen on real Cannondales.

- I bought it used and cheap, and the seller didn’t provide proof of purchase.

The bike works fine, and I’m happy with how it rides—I just want to understand what I actually own. Is it possible this is a replica or a custom frame?

I’d appreciate any advice on:

- Whether “Rush” was a real model.

- How to verify authenticity based on frame design, welds, or components.

- Any red flags to look for.

I can share photos if needed. Thanks in advance!
