I'm relocating next month although hindi ko pa naiikot yung lugar sa lilipatan so hindi pa ko nakakapaginquire sa clinics nearby. Here sa MNL padin ako nagwwork so weekend lang free time ko if ever pero ang layo kase byahe.

What to ask/inquire to my current dentist, kase this week magre request ako Termination, done na contract ko with them, not sure lang if may fee. Should I ask sa records, xrays before? Tapos ako na bahala maghanap ng clinic na tatanggap pag may time na next month?

I'll relocate kase and done na yung contract ko sa current dentist and nagpapaadjust nalang ako lately, not satisfied nadin ako sa kanila pinagpapasa-pasahan ako ng dentists for the past 3 years. Nagpaalam ako sa kanila 2 mos ago na paparemove ko nalang but nagrequest doc ko na every 2 weeks adjustment para mahabol daw yung progress, I accepted kase medyo may gap pa nga before, but then 2 mos ng nadelay pagpaparemove ko and wala na kong time to isingit sa sched bumyahe papunta sa kanila this time para lang makapagremove, before I even took halfdays and work leaves.

Pwede kaya sa any dental clinic nalang na malapit sa lilipatan, and that if pwede hindi ko na sagutin their call/text anymore nalang pag nangulit? (kase makulit sila haha). Gusto ko sana ipacontinue nalang din sa iba if ever may need pa sa alignment ko, kaso I guess need ng clearance from them and documents ng records from what I knew, and to be honest ayoko lang na talaga bumalik sa kanila hahaaha
