Apparently these engines aren't as rare as you would think, I got this one for $2,000, not bad considering it was basically brand new (they barely used it). The original engine ran like crap, if it even did run at all since it was barely even able to start. This engine runs way better, it actually starts and has power.

Another thing, the old exhaust wasn't mounted right, so it was always bouncing around while I drove, I mounted the new one correctly and now that problem is gone.

This car is getting closer and closer to being finished, maybe I will fix the suspension up next time? I have a feeling that will be way harder, since people most likely don't sell whole suspensions from their cars.

I'm going to be attending the Belasco Auto Show, so I decided to make my car look better. I bought a bunch of body panels to swap out, didn't take long and it looks sick!

One of my friends had an Avior, but they recently got into a crash (they're ok) that left the car totaled. It is soon to be scrapped, but he let me see it and the interior was basically pristine!

He let me take the interior for free since the car was going to be destroyed anyway, so my Avior finally has a nice interior again!

Maybe next I'll work on the engine?

I picked it up for cheap since the previous owner didn't take care of it very well and presumably just wanted to get rid of it.

The engine barely starts, has almost no power, and the check engine light is on. Cosmetically the car is rough too, one of the panels is missing, a lot of them are dented, the windshield is cracked, and one of the running lights doesn't work along with one of the reverse lights. The interior is also trashed with the leather ripped in a few spots.

Excited to start a series repairing this thing!

I got the new Beampro 360 camera, and went out street racing with it! (meta: 1, is the camera good? I tried to replicate the look of real 360 cameras. the name is just gopro with beam added to it. 2 the video in windows media player had a bunch of audio cuts, is that just for me or can anyone else hear it too?)

Got stuck in traffic downtown because someone in a bastion redtail crashed pretty badly. The road has been blocked for an hour now. Police and ambulance were already here when I got stuck.
No idea how he crashed, but It looks rough.

During my time on the track, I noticed that the brakes are a bit lacking. They were overheating almost the entire run, and I felt that the overall braking performance wasn't great.

The exterior of the car looks the same, but on the interior I added a new wheel and upgraded the shifter.

I put the Sport RS brakes on, with semi race pads in the front and normal sport pads in the back. The braking power is way stronger, and they don't overheat anymore. In terms of performance I added a Hikari Speed turbocharger, boosting the power up to around 320hp.

I am concerned with reliability, since on my first post u/The_Blue_DmR mentioned I might need forged internals if I go above 300hp. I'm only going 20hp over though so maybe it'll be okay?

Is it worth it to get forged internals or should I just keep it as is?

This thing is very fun on the track! I do need to improve the brakes though, they were overheating for most of the run.

Camera is just my glasses with a built in cam btw.

Threw in a stage 1 ECU, Hikari Speed intake and exhaust (kept the stock turbo), and some semi-slicks.
It's making around 290hp and corners way better than stock. Should be track ready now.
