Mold on dried meat?
Hello!
I have this delicious italian dried pork meat (coppiette) that was conserved sous-vide and in the fridge. They say on the package that the expiring date it's December 25, but my belly don't really believe them.
I just opened a package and there's this white cotton on it in some parts. Do you think it's still edible?
EDIT: I ate a couples of coppiette and the taste Is still great. If I die I'll keep you posted. If I don't I'll keep you posted too.
