I’m rated 0% for headaches but I files for an increase. I received an email from Optum so I signed into the Optum Serve portal. I see there is an upcoming in clinic appointment for DBQ review PTSD but I did not file for PTSD. On the VA portal I see a new claim for “MH: anxiety, depression due to secondary migraine” which I did not file myself. Can my current PSTD rating be decreased based on the DBQ with Optum? Has anyone experienced a new claim filed on their behalf? Just want to see if this is normal or not. Also, not sure what to expect for in-clinic DBQ since I didn’t file for PTSD.
