[SOTB] Absolute Sacrilege - what do y'all think of my all digital board?

This all started when I joined my 3rd band. All of my projects have wildly different sounds and I found myself in the delimma where I'd either build a massive Frankenstein board with a bunch of random things that only get used for specific songs on specific bands. Or I'd wind up building multiple separate boards that are purpose built for each band. This was fairly manageable for 2 projects, but adding the 3rd ended up tipping me over the edge. I was pretty adamant about keeping my analog pedals and was initially resistant to go with a digital effect, but I eventually came to the realization that instead of buying more stuff to set up the 3rd board, I could buy an Anagram and compare it to my physical pedals to see if I like it. If it worked out, I'd be able to sell everything else off and wind up with extra cash in my pocket... At least that was the pitch to my spouse

I've experimented with several digital multi effects in the past, temporarily gigging with a HX Stomp when they were first released, but soon abandoned digital multi effects due to some bad software experiences that were related to the early software versions of that device. I have always been impressed with the modulation options but was never wowed by the way digital drives sounded. I've tried several including the well loved Aftershock, but they always seemed thin, lifeless, and harsh. The Anagram completely changed my opinion on that. This thing excels at dirt and sounds nearly indistinguishable from the real deal drives I've been using. You can tell they spent a ton of time dialing in the dirt, compression and octave features of this thing, each of those effect categories are phenomenal. The modulation is surprisingly just average in comparison, and is notably less polished than the Line 6 models.

(The midi controller)[https://i.imgur.com/6MIcltJ.jpeg] is set up to trigger on both press or hold and effectively adds 6 extra stomp switches to the Anagram, giving me a total of 9 different pedal configurations per preset. I also route most of my timing sensitive effects to these switches because I can program them to trigger on press instead of release like on the anagram. That's my one biggest complaint with the Anagram. The stomp switches on the Anagram trigger on release instead of press, so it's a little funky getting the timing right at first.

The most useful feature by far that I didn't consider one bit before purchasing is the (Bluetooth input and headphone output.)[https://i.imgur.com/LIbzK3b.jpeg] It's made practicing some of my less kosher songs much more practical with a kid running around.

Enough about the Anagram, [I've also been having tons of fun with the Bass Synth](https://i.imgur.com/PT6OL28.jpeg) I bought it for a techy kinda metalcore project I'm working on but have found it to be surprisingly useful for my 70s-90s cover band as well. I'm also still learning how best to use this and keep the secondary control manual printed out and handy for when I need to dial in a specific sound.

The tuner is not necessary, but is still on the board because I love that tuner. I'm just used to it and didn't want to mess with the onboard anagram tuner at the moment.
